1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the AMSTA Paints website, interacting with our interactive color studio widgets, or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Product Colors and Visualizations

The colors displayed on our Color Palette Widget and website are intended as a visual guide. While we use advanced rendering to approximate actual paint colors under different lighting conditions, variations may occur due to:

• Monitor and screen calibration differences.
• Physical surface textures and base primers used.
• Ambient lighting at your specific location.

We always recommend ordering a physical sample or consulting with our technical team before purchasing large quantities.

3. Purchases and Returns

All sales of custom-tinted paints are final and non-refundable, as they are mixed specifically for your order. Standard stock base paints may be returned within 14 days of purchase, provided the bucket is unopened, un-tinted, and in its original condition. Return shipping or transport costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

4. Limitation of Liability

AMSTA Paints shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the incorrect application of our products. Users must strictly follow the technical data sheets and surface preparation guidelines provided with the products.
